This workshop is delivered as MA 1 students are beginning to consider their main MA production piece, and it usually follows a lecture/seminar on the use of animatics as a key conceptual tool in producing animated narrative. It is aimed at students with little or no experience in using Adobe Premiere as an editing tool, and it aims present features key to manipulating audio and image files. UALPUJ-30-M - Developing practice in animation This module equips students with the relevant practical craft skills necessary to gain the level of confidence and independence required to work effectively and safely using a range of methodologies and animation techniques within the studio environment. Associated Module Outcomes Upon successful completion of this module students will have achieved the following outcomes and be able to demonstrate: 1. A level of knowledge and understanding of a range of concepts, terminology, production techniques and methodologies within a body of practical work produced and a research portfolio. 2. A level of critical understanding of concepts and theoretical ideas relevant to the production of animated sequences. |
